Meet the Band
Serita Crowley is a self-proclaimed “Funkateer” whose gritty, soulful vocals and magnetic energy light up every room. At her side is guitarist Jon Hayes—her musical and life partner—whose intricate playing brings depth and rhythm to the band’s signature sound. Whether performing as a duo or with their full electric lineup, Serita’s Black Rose delivers passion, power, and unmatched presence. With accolades including a WYCE Jammie Award and multiple Eclipse Awards, this band has shared stages with icons like Smokey Robinson and Kansas, proving their sound belongs wherever great music is heard.
